The experience
A spatial representation of the proposed development
Pixie can bring interiors, exteriors, amenities and selected viewpoints into a guided or self-directed experience, allowing the relationship between spaces to be examined from within the virtual environment.
The experience is designed for the sales setting and the decisions the project needs to support. Navigation, comfort, visual fidelity and presentation hardware are planned together.
- Guided and self-navigated project tours
- Interiors, exteriors, amenities and selected views
- Headset-ready high-resolution environments
- Sales-gallery and project-site presentation modes
- Spatial audio where it has a clear role
Why use VR
Use immersion where spatial understanding changes the conversation.
Virtual reality can be useful when a discussion depends on understanding proportions, connections between rooms or movement through a development, particularly where a sequence of selected images leaves those relationships difficult to assess.
The virtual environment represents the project information used to prepare it and should be considered alongside approved drawings and specifications, especially where design details remain subject to change.
- Large or configuration-heavy developments
- Remote previews before a site visit
- Premium sales-gallery consultations
